Happy New Year

It has been a while since I updated the old “welcome to WOAS-FM” page so that is in the offing over this Christmas Break.   We have been granted a $1000 grant from the State of Michigan for the third consecutive year to run our Don’t be Distracted public service campaign (part of the statewide Strive 4 a Safer Drive project).  We also got a bonus $100 for being the first group to apply!  Stay tuned in the new year for news about this year’s campaign.

Still working on the outdoor web cam – it was supposed to go on our Weather Underground feed but as of December 15, 2017, WU announced they no longer have the resources to support webcams and they dropped all of the ones on their site.  This means we will now post it somewhere on the WOAS web page – as soon as we figure it out!

Lastly – our audio web feed is still in need of a fix – we are working on it – slowly!
